Additional notes
Celestial Season started out in 1991 as a death/doom band clearly inspired by the British scene. By time they changed to stoner metal/rock around 1995 - a genre that would be very popular in the following years. Celestial Season split up in 2001.

Former drummer Jason Kohnen is now well known as breakcore musician Bong-Ra.

Rob Snijders is married with The Gathering's ex-singer Anneke Van Giersbergen.
