Walter Kirchgassner - guitar
Knut Rossler - keyboard, organ, piano, trumpet, bassoon
Ulrich Staudt - drums | | Additional notes | | Night Sun was a very heavy German prog band. They released only one album, the cult favourite "Mournin'". Their sound has been described as "pounding, charmingly frantic, notedense, and pitch black", and they drew influences from bands like Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Uriah Heep, and the hardest German progressive acts. After the release of the "Mournin'" album the band slowly faded away, with only shrieker/bassist Schaab continuing to play music in any significant way with the band Guru Guru. | | Buy their stuff | Search on eBay more... >>
