Biography
Jef Whitehead is a professional tattoo artist and the sole band member of US Black Metal band Leviathan, which has been active since 1998, as Lurker of Chalice, active since 2001. He has stated in interviews that drums are his primary instrument, and they were what he played in his previous band, Gifthorse. In 2008, Leviathan dissolved after legal troubles with its record label.In 2011, ...
Trivia
As of January 9th, 2011, Jef Whitehead was arrested and charged with raping his girlfriend with his tattoo tools in addition to assaulting her. His bond was originally set at $350,000 but was eventually reduced to $100,000.
