Biography

Rick Battson was briefly the guitarist for Suicidal Tendencies after Amery AWOL Smith told them about him, and was the sole guitarist for them prior to Grant Estes joining the band in 1983. He left the band around April of that year, just prior to the recording of their self-titled debut album and has kept a low profile musically.

Trivia

Rick was a friend of Bob Heathcote, who was also a member of Suicidal Tendencies (he was their bassist from 1987 to 1989).
