He has performed the opening themes for several anime (both as a solo artist and with his band, Galneryus), most notably the 2011 reboot of Hunter x Hunter (he recorded the opening, Departure, as a solo artist, and the second ending, "Hunting for your dream", he recorded with Galneryus), as well as the opening and ending for Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne in 2008.
