Guedez remains good friends with Sepultura to this day and often joins them at soccer matches.

He joined Cavalera Conspiracy on stage on November 16, 2012 at Music Hall in Belo Horizonte, Brazil to perform Sepultura's "Troops of Doom". He joined again on September 13th, 2014 at the same venue to perform "Necromancer".
