Fictional character for Spinal Tap, portrayed by the actor Harry Shearer.Released a solo album under the name Derek Smalls in 2018 called "Smalls Change (Meditations Upon Ageing)" and had Paul Shaffer on piano and organ, Waddy Wachtel on guitar and David Crosby on backing vocals.
