Bernie Grundman is an American recording engineer. Grundman is founder of Bernie Grundman Mastering in Hollywood, CA. He started his career as a mastering engineer in 1966 and has contributed his mastering talents to numerous platinum-selling albums. He has been recognized for his work with a Grammy and 14 Tec Awards and dozens of articles in audio magazines around the world.
In 2008, he received a Grammy Award as master engineer of the Herbie Hancock album, "River: The Joni Letters", which won Album of the Year.
