Some versions have the tracks "Noise, Filth and Fury" and "Rabid Metal" instead of track 3, 6 and 7.

The 1984 Neat (UK) and Banzai (CA) pressings on had a black background cover, while the 1984 Roadrunner (NL) pressing had a red background cover.

Some of the Neat copies came with a single containing This Machine Kills and Burn the Kings Road.

The Roadrunner copies contained more songs than the Neat (UK) release: This Machine Kills, Burn the Kings Road and New Age of Total Warfare (previously released on a Neat Records EP), but didn't feature the last track (Rose Petals Fall From Her Face, a collaboration with Venom) and failed to mention Rabid Metal on the back cover. The subtitle (Full Scale Attack) was missing from "Total Armageddon".

The Canadian Banzai pressing came with the Two Tribes/Hell Blown to Bits 12" and had 13 tracks. The UK Neat pressing had 12 tracks (with some indiscriminate swaps), including the Venom collaboration "Rose Petals Fall From Her Face" and came with a 7".
