7" vinyl single (Cat. # NONO-002). Housed in silkscreened black cardstock sleeves with silver ink and 8 page booklet attached. Limited to 500 copies: 30 on yellow vinyl in white sleeve, 370 on yellow vinyl in black sleeve, 100 on pastel yellow vinyl in black sleeve. 33 1/3 RPM.
