"A Rose for the Dead" is the bonus track on the Japanese edition.
The spoken dialogue in "And When He Falleth" is from the 1964 film The Masque of the Red Death, based on the same titled Edgar Allan Poe story. It combines excerpts from three different scenes. The voices are Vincent Price and Jane Asher's.
Re-released by Century Media Records on 26/08/1997.
"A Rose for the Dead" and "And When He Falleth (remix)" are bonus tracks for the Brazilian edition.
Re-released and remastered in 2013 by Massacre Records in a Digipak with new liner notes by the band, and 3 bonus tracks:
