Despite the amount of tracks and length of the release, the band regard it as an EP.
Track 2 is an exclusive new song, while tracks 3, 5, 6, 8 and 9 are re-recorded versions of previously released songs.
Also featured are 5 videos, the first 4 being The Amenta live in Sydney.
