Band was a 5 piece on this release with Robert Casserly as vocalist and Ian Wilson replacing Trevor Fleming on guitar.

"Straight Through the Heart" was co-written by Vivian Campbell before he left Sweet Savage, and he reused it's main riff on the Dio song "Caught in the Middle", released a year earlier on the "Holy Diver" album.
