The US edition was released by Century Media on March 15th 2005 and features a cover of the Candlemass song "Solitude" (6:23) as a bonus track. An alternate version of this song featuring guest lead vocals by Sir Albert Witchfinder of Reverend Bizarre is included on the Forgive Her... CD single.

In 2005 Imperium Productions released a 2LP version limited to 500 copies. Vinyl version also includes the bonus track "Solitude".

Reissued on CD by Spinefarm Records in 2009.
