Self-financed and self-released under Black Planet mark.

"Drink or Drown" and "James Dean's Car" were omitted from the final running order.
A few unmastered copies (subtitled: "Advance copy - Not mastered") circulated with "Drink or Drown" as bonus track.

Recorded at 1462 (Hank Bitchlover's basement) on 8-tracks, between October 2002 and January 2003.
Mastered at Musicworks, Chicago.
