"Catatonia" is a re-recording of a song from "Human Waste" and "Funeral Inception" was re-recorded during the "Souls to Deny" era and appears on the "Surgery of Impalement" single.

Produced by Suffocation.

The intro sentence "The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist." is from the 1995 movie The Usual Suspects.

Mike Smith didn't appeared in this EP, as he stated in an interview conducted in late 2009 on diabolicalconquest.com.
