Tracks 4-5 were previously unreleased recordings of Pap Smear, a shortlived punk side-project of Jeff Hanneman, Dave Lombardo and Rocky George (from Suicidal Tendencies). DDAMM means 'Drunk Drivers Against Mad Mothers').

The Stooges song "I'm Gonna Be Your Dog" was re-titled "I'm Gonna Be Your God" by the band.

Trivia: rumour has it that the picture in the foldout of a man with his brains blown out is of Kurt Cobain.
