Recorded at an abandoned dance studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico, from December 9th 1994 to January 11th 1995 by Richard Nance and James Wood.
Mixed at the Santa Fe Center Studios (Albuquerque, New Mexico) from December 8th thru the 14th 1995.

Perpetualdestiny is Seventhsign's first full-length album. It was first released in Japan on Alfa Records, then re-released in Europe on InsideOutMusic/SPV (with addition "Version 2.1" under the title on the cover art). The reissue has a bonus track:
