Senmuth's notes on the album:
"New instrumental (39th in the discography) album from Senmuth's project. Intiuatana is dedicated to the Peruvian culture. Several tracks from the album probably will go down in the soundtrack to a new documentary about Peru."

Other notes:
- The album title is Russian for "Intiwatana"/"Intihuatana".
- The majority of the tracks are named after Peruvian ruins.
- Indeed, several tracks were used for a documentary about Peru produced by the "Laboratory of Alternative History" group.
