Despite what the line-up was here, Jon Oliva recorded every single instrument except some solos which were actually layed down by Alex Skolnick, even though Jon wasn't officialy in the band at the time.
The original european version of the CD features Jeff Plate on the band photo, instead of Steve Wacholz.

A video was made for the title track.
There is a 1998 rerelease containing the bonus track "Somewhere in Time / Alone You Breathe (acoustic)."
