"Finnmarkens Folk" means "People of Finnmark" in Scandinavian.
Finnmark was the term used, mostly by Norwegians, to describe Sápmi, the ancestral homeland of the Sámi people on which they, together with Swedes and Russians, had trading rights. A comparable term, coined from Swedish, would be "Lappland".
