The album was released in Japan in 1993, Europe in 1994, and the United States in 1999, all with different cover artwork. A very limited run of CDs, bearing the Combat Pay Music label and utilizing the Japanese artwork, was also produced in 1993 by the band's management.

The track list of the Japanese and first US editions is almost the same, but "I'm on the Run" is replaced as track 9 by:

The Japanese CD edition (SRCS-6733) also adds a bonus track:

This song was originally recorded to use as a demo song. It was the first song that Mike DiMeo sang on and was his audition for the band.

"Outlaw" is a re-recording from the "Fire Down Under" album.
