This album was released through time with four different covers:
The upper left: first US edition (1993)
The upper right: Japanese edition (1993)
The lower left: European edition (1994)
The lower right: US re-release (1999)

Track 1, 5, 6, 8, and 9 by Reale
Track 2 by DiMeo and Flyntz
Tracks 4 and 10 by DiMeo and Reale
Track 7 by DiMeo, Reale, and Flyntz
Track 11 by Reale and Speranza
Track 3 by Coverdale, Blackmore, Lord, Paice

The album was released in Japan in 1993, Europe in 1994, and the United States in 1999, all with different cover artwork. A very limited run of CDs, bearing the Combat Pay Music label and utilizing the Japanese artwork, was also produced in 1993 by the band's management.

The track list of the Japanese and first US editions is almost the same, but "I'm on the Run" is replaced as track 9 by:
9. A Whiter Shade of Pale (Procol Harum cover) (04:59)

The Japanese CD edition (SRCS-6733) also adds a bonus track:
12. Black Mountain Woman (05:08)

The 1999 American re-issue by Metal Blade Records uses the Japanese track list but has a different bonus track:
12. Faded Hero (05:32)
This song was originally recorded to use as a demo song. It was the first song that Mike DiMeo sang on and was his audition for the band.

"Outlaw" is a re-recording from the "Fire Down Under" album.
