'Cult of the Holy War' exist in two different editions, both by Resistance Records. The original from year 1995, and a re-issue from year 2000.

Released by Showdown Records on vinyl without "Ode to a Dying People" and in five colors (white, black, red, blue and clear) limited to 100 copies each. Also released on tape.

The CD contains 74 tracks of silence after "Ode to a Dying People" followed by a hidden track (0:50) on track 88.
