Recorded at House Of Faith, Oakland, CA, November 24 and December, 17, 1997. Mixed at House Of Faith, Oakland, CA, December, 30, 1997.

Released as single-sided promo-cassette (cat. # SUM100), very limited. (Promo-tape for the "Erode The Person" that was supposed to be released by the German labels Deliria Productions (later Deliria Noise Outfitters) and Suggestion Records. Due to various reasons this release never came about, and "Erode The Person" was first released as a CD by the band to be sold on tour in 1999).

Re-released in original form by Blind Date Records in collaboration with Streaks Records as 12" vinyl (Europe, July 2011, cat. # date#20 / streak#8), limited to 500 copies (1st press): 100 copies on white vinyl and 400 copies on black vinyl. 2nd european press: 500 copies on black vinyl.
Also released in USA (August, 15, 2011) by Parasitic Records as 12" vinyl (cat. # PR54), limited to 500 copies: 100 copies on white vinyl and 400 copies on black vinyl. Both vinyl editions comes with original artwork, poster, 12" inlay and linernotes.

From liner notes:
"This LP was originally conceived in 1996, recorded in December of 1997, and artwork completed in late 1998. After a second label got involved, it turned into a CD only project, and the original artwork was replaced. The original artwork was used for a pre-release of the CD for our tour in 1999. Parasitic Records has revived the original concept of a full lenght vinyl release, presenting this material as intended for the very first time."
"Thanks also to Tom Choi, Luis Davila, Matt Harvey, Al Ruel, David V. D'Andrea, Lance Hudson, Mauz Parillo, Don Kim, Rick & Laney Jacobus, Laney Amplification, Laney the cat & Kenobi too, Lisa Ballard, Pink Floyd, Corrupted, Seized, Asunder, Graves at Sea, KFJC. Further thanks to all who supported, inspired or contributed to our endeavors, wrote to us, released records, booked shows, drove vehicles, put us up for the night, fed us or otherwise helped keep the band functioning for as long as it did. Noothgrush ceased to exist in April of 2001".
"In Memoriam: Dominic Gerzberg, John Williams, Nestor Guzman, Brion Alaric, Thora Kent, Drew Kott, Mark Arcarese & Nillie Niederhoff."
