Century Media officially re-released "The Eternal Fall" along with the "Resurrection Absurd" EP on CD in 1990 (Germany) and 1991 (U.S.). This was reissued by Century Media in 2003 (with all tracks remastered) with four bonus live clips:

This same re-issue was officially licensed to Brazilian label Kill Again Records for the South American version.
