The artwork is taken from the 1894 painting The Treasures of Satan by Belgian symbolist painter, writer, and occultist Jean Delville and was also used in Hexenhaus's first album A Tribute to Insanity (1988).

A music video was made for "Blessed Are the Sick".

- 1991: 12" vinyl (First edition with a sticker on the front promoting the tour & lyrics sheet on the inside)
- 1991: 7" boxset incl. insert (ltd. to 2000 copies)
- 2002: incl. "Blessed Are The Sick" bonus video
- 2006: CD by Del Imaginario Discos, containing the "Blessed Are The Sick" video as a bonus. This release has cover artwork's colours slightly clearer than original one, and green logo and title. Also, the tracklist on the back cover is missing "Intro" and "The Ancient Ones", even though they are on the CD and, for "The Ancient Ones", also in the booklet. Catalogue number: D.I. 063.
