The title to this can be seen in three ways: a parody of the Pink Floyd album, Dark Side Of The Moon, or it can been as a reference to heroin, and maybe even both. Barker has stated that it is a drug reference.

A. Jourgensen (vox, guitar, slide guitar, electronics, banjo, sax), P. Barker (bass, electronics, vox), R. Washam (drums, electronics), L. Svitek (guitar, electronics). Additional personnel: Z. Hukic (guitar, electronics), Tycoon (vox - 2,3), Y. Gage (vox - 4). Engineers: J. Bacher, J. Dehaven, B. Kenny, E. Nevarez, B. Kopplin. Produced by Hypo Luxa & Hermes Pan for Luxa/Pan Productions.

CD advance promo comes in a black PVC-like vinyl wallet with an envelope-type opening seal on the back for the disc. The vinyl may have been pressed in very limited copies.

Also contains a hidden track on track #42: Everybody (3:51)

"Linda Summertime" may or may not be the actual title. It is a hidden track on the album, track #69. Tracks #10-68 are over five minutes of blank silence. Released in the U.K. on June 7, 1999, released in the U.S. on June 8, 1999. U.K. promo advance copies came housed in a jewel-case with plain white cover inserts, stating the tracks/times, the title, and the release date. There was a track entitled "Hang" to be on the record, though whether or not it was unreleased or just a working title (possibly for "Vex & Siolence") is unknown. Japanese release includes the B-side "Happy Dust" from the BAD BLOOD German single.
