Released in a 12`` red gatefold sleeve and a brown cardboad sleeve, both with different line-up information. The red sleeve lists Ministry as Al Jourgensen, Stephen George, John Davis, and Bob Roberts. The brown sleeve lists Al Jourgensen, Stephen George, John Davis, Paul Taylor, Marty Sorenson. Both have the same catalogue number.
