The 7" single does not contain the third track - only the 12" does.
The 1st version of the 12" came with a death certificate.

There is also a 12'' USA promo version with only one track: "Wake Up Dead (RRRevved-Up Rock Radio Remix)".
Live tracks were recorded for the Tommy Vance Show on Radio One in London, in 1986.
After the shooting of the video for this song', the Megadeth fans had painted graffiti all over one of the planes (since the shoot was shot in an airport). When the authorities found out about this, Dave Mustaine had to pay for the clean up.
