Five versions of this album exist. Shown is the tracklist for the 2CD version released in the UK. Tracks 1-4 are on disc one, and 5-7 on disc two.
A single CD European release contains tracks 1, 5, 6, and 3 in that order. Another CD has songs 1-4, and another has 5-7. The 12" version has songs 1, 4, 3, and the full Gristle mix.
All live tracks were recorded on December 4th, 1992, at the Cow Palace, San Francisco.
There is a vinyl version, printed on blue vinyl with both sides running from the inside groove outwards.

Side 2: track 7
There is also UK Promo CD which has only "Sweating Bullets (Anxiety Mix)" and "Symphony of Destruction (Gristle Edit Mix)".
