Four versions exist. The 10" UK version is shown. It also comes with game pieces for the Megadeth Board Game. The 7" has only tracks 1-2, while the CD version has "Skin O' My Teeth" (live) and "Lucretia" (live) along with the studio track. Another CD version has tracks 1-3 of the 10" single.

All live tracks were recorded at the Music Theatre, Alpine Valley, Wisconsin, on May 23rd, 1992.

USA Promo CD (Capitol #DPRO79363) has only the title track.
