All songs published by Manilla Music Publishing Company copyright 2005 Mark Shelton.
Album is dedicated to all, the world over, that ever gave their lives in defense of their beliefs.
The album is divided into three trilogies:
1-3: "The Frost Giant's Daughter" - inspired by the story of the same name written by Robert E. Howard.
4-6: "Out of the Ashes" - inspired by Virgil's "The Aeneid".
7-9: "Gates of Fire" - inspired by the heroic stand of King Leonides and his Spartans at the battle of Thermopylae.
Also released by High Roller Records on vinyl as a double album in 2007. 500 copies were made, 250 in red and 250 in blue vinyl. The 2nd pressing was done in yellow vinyl, limited to 300 copies and came with a sticker. There are also 15 promo copies on black vinyl and with white label existing.
