The title means "symphonies of blind terror" in Spanish.
This record is a tribute and a conceptual album dedicated to the memory of Amando de Ossorio (1918-2001), a Spanish filmmaker most famous for his Blind Dead series.
References to these films can be found in the song titles, and also some intros and samples.
