Re-released in '99 by Nuclear Blast with the "Behind The Wall Of Sleep" Ep as a bonus.
This version has been criticized harshly by the band as a cheap cash in by Nuclear Blast who made the release bare bones with inferior packaging compared to the original.
Furthermore, "Behind the Wall of Sleep" is misprinted as "Behind the Walls of Sleep" and no lyrics were in this re-release, minor errors but they are things the band has always been upset over.

Also notable for the last recording ever made at the famous Universal Studios in Chicago IL USA.

Re-released in 2008 by Metal Mind Productions remastered on golden disc in digipack format with the "Behind The Wall Of Sleep" Ep as a bonus. Limited to 2000 copies.

There was also a limited vinyl edition red /transparent vinyl.
