CD itself has 14 tracks, the additional ones are all untitled and instrumental, two interludes and an outro (#5, 10, 14 - durations 40, 24 and 31seconds) They're not listed anywhere.

Remix released on July 27, 2004, by Capitol, with three extra tracks:

Dave Mustaine does the vocals on the remixed version due to the fact that the tapes of Lee Ving's original vocal tracks were lost.
