Music videos were made for "Smokin' in the Boys Room (Brownsville Station cover)" and "Home Sweet Home".

"Home Sweet Home" was a huge hit for Motley Crue, and also showed the viability of "power ballads" to MTV, which was starting to definitely capitalise on 80's metal as a trend.

Louder than Hell was an old demo and setlist staple called Hotter than Hell at one point. Save Our Souls was at one point Running Wild in the Night, and Tonight (We Need a Lover) was Black Widow. These tracks were demoed for Shout at the Devil in late 1982.

Recording information:

Recorded at Pasha, Cherokee and Record Plant West Studios and mixed at Record Plant West.
