The album was produced by Dirk "Diggler" Draeger and was completed in Woodhouse Studios, Hafenklang in Hamburg and PUK in Denmark.

The album was named after a famous Carl Barks painting of Uncle Scrooge bragging over his first hard-earned buck. Rumours has it that the first thing Johan did when he received the advance payment from the record company was to buy one silver dollar which is still the amulet and lucky coin of not only the band but his life in general.

A video for "The Pain Song" was made.

Slipcase edition came with a poster, a sticker (cover picture) and an enhanced track - videoclip for "The Pain Song".
