The name for this release is derived from the main character of Bret Easton Ellis' "American Psycho".

Recorded January 2, 2003 at Winterblut Studio, Germany.

Quotation in the liner notes reads:
"This recording is dedicated to the spirit of greed and decadence that resides in every human. No rehearsal, no writing, just the captured spirit that "American Psycho" awoke in us."

Re-released in December 2010 by Inferna Profundus Records - limited to 500 copies and first 100 copies come as an exclusive digipak version with different artwork.
This reissue features a newly recorded bonus track in a (de)evolution of the spirit of the original recording as well as new packaging and linear notes from main member Imperial.
