The American vinyl version swaps the order of the studio tracks (one and two below) and the live tracks (three to five below), and adds a sixth track: "Gangland," a Tygers of Pan Tang cover.

The Japanese re-release (VICP-116) of Terrible Certainty also features the Out of the Dark... mini-album in its entirety, and adds the additional track Gangland, just like the US vinyl version.
