Same picture sleeve as the "God Gave Rock 'n' Roll to You II" CD single. Artwork from "Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey" film. No mention of King's X except under the song title on the record label, most likely to sell more records.

Another version of this included Slaughter's "Shout It Out" as a third track.
