This album is a collection (mostly, I'll get to that...) of songs before King's X was "King's X", mainly as the bands "The Edge" and "Sneak Preview".
The exceptions to this theme are "Two" and "Down", both are originally Doug's demos and "Two" has actually been released already by the band on the Japanese version of the Tapehead album. The recording on BLS is a newly recorded version of the same song, not an identical dub from the japanese Tapehead album.
There is a multimedia program to run from the CD. You get some decent and nice photos, a rather bad video version of "Dreams" back from the 80's and also the lyrics.
