The CD comes in a threefold digipack with insert and obi strip.

The promo CD comes in a slip jacket with the basic front artwork (only a bit cut off at the left due to the square format of the slip jacket as compared to the artwork of the digipak of the regular release). The backcover just lists all contacts worldwide for promotion and distribution. The CD is identical.
