At the time of release, tracks 1 - 6 were new studio material, tracks 7 - 12 were recorded live at The Roxy in West Hollywood, California.

Original release was limited to 30,000 copies. Re-released by DeRock Records in 1998.

"Cold Day In Hell" was a song by Ron Keel's previous band, Steeler. The Keel version varies slightly from the original in both music & lyrics.
