The album was recorded in 1987 at Avalanche Studios in Denver, Colorado and never released, yet bootlegged since 1988.

Century Media released it for the first time, with "new" cover art and a remaster job, on June 21st, 2004. Bonus track: "When the Walls Come Down" (4:47).

Most of the songs have been re-recorded by the classic line-up over the years.

The cover shown is the cover of the official Century Media Issue.

Several bootleg versions of the album still exist.

Released by Night of the Vinyl Dead Records on yellow vinyl handnumbered and limited to 350 copies in May 2008.
Re-released by High Roller Records in 2013 with new artwork. #HRR 293, 100x silver vinyl (HRR Mailorder exclusive) + transparent orange crush + black vinyls, 425gsm heavy gatefold cover, poster.
