The original artwork for this single was retired for use, and ended up being used later on their next album, ''The Number of the Beast''. According to Rod Smallwood, as the original cover was released, he liked it so much that he considered it of such high caliber to be used on a single that he decided to save it for an album.
The final artwork for the single (which you are viewing now) represents a similar concept to the original artwork, showing the devil's face rotting away to reveal Eddie's face.
