Only a few copies of the CD version exist because Affliction Records had to cease activities because of financial reasons.
Tape was released by Singularity Productions. Limited to 57 handnumbered copies.
Tape comes in three editions (19 copies each).
The first edition (first 19 copies) has a fifth track:

Which later appeared on the self-titled CD-EP.
