"Enter the Hospital of Death" is an adaptation of the theme tune to the long-running British medical drama series "Casualty," composed by Ken Freeman.
"Transformers" is the theme tune to the animated 80s children's show of the same name. H.O.D.'s version is a cover of the arrangement by Lion which was used on the soundtrack to the 1986 Transformers film.
The tracks are jokingly spilt into Side A (1-6) and Side B (7-12), but there has never been a vinyl release of the album.
Both album covers shown were used for the CD-R version of the album. For the fully-printed CD version, the green cover was used.
Shaka Raza was part of the band during recordings, but all drums were programmed.
