Tracks 7 to 9 taken from the "Sick, Disgust, Eternal" demo (1989). Tracks 10 to 13 taken from the split with Deviated Instinct and Devolution (1991). Tracks 14 to 19 taken from the "Tremendous Pain" demo recording (1991). Track 20 is a pre-production demo track, recorded prior to the "Into the Grave" album in 1991.
