Re-released in 1996 as double CD with Merciless on bonus CD. Jewel box has hologram cover which is a combination of both album covers. Merciless has two extra tracks 'Crush My Soul (Ultramix)' (15:01) and 'Xnoybis (Psychofuckdub)' (17:26) which makes total time of 60:49.

The title 'Selfless' was inspired by the John Coltrane song 'Selflessness' from his 'The Major Works of John Coltrane'.

There was a music video made for 'Crush My Soul' (directed by Andres Serrano).

The front cover photograph is from Science Photo Library (human nerve cells growing on a microchip [exotic physics meet exotic biology]).
