The exact release date seems uncertain, it was released somewhen in late 1996, or less likely, in early 1997 (depending on the source).
1997 was probably when the vinyl version was released.

Lp limited to 100 handnumbered copies.

Tracks 1-7 are labelled "Pact I" and appeared on the 1993 demo.
Tracks 8 & 9 are labelled "Pact II" (Track 8 appeared in a different form on the release "Seen Through the Veils of Darkness (The Second Spell)".
Track 10 is labelled "Pact III".
All tracks were remastered at Soundsuite Studio 20.11.1995.

All tracks from this release are included on the 2008 Indie Recordings reissue of the "First Spell" album.
